01. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing Singapore Data Node, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these operational parameters. If you do not agree, access to our intelligence layers is prohibited.
Operational Capacity
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the public-facing intelligence dashboards and raw data feeds provided by Singapore Data Node. This access is contingent upon compliance with ethical scraping standards and rate-limiting protocols designed to preserve system uptime for all participants.
Account Integrity
If you create an account to access premium intelligence services, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized utilization of your data node access must be reported to our security team at info@singaporedatanode.digital within 24 hours of discovery.
02. Intellectual Assets
All compiled research, proprietary algorithms, and aggregated data visualizations remain the exclusive property of Singapore Data Node.
Proprietary Content
The intelligence generated by our systems—including but not limited to heatmaps, predictive trend analysis, and sector-specific reports—is protected by Singaporean and international copyright laws. Users may download or print content for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.
Permitted Use
Internal business analysis, academic research, and reference in non-commercial publications with full attribution to SingaporeDataNode.digital.
Restricted Use
Resale of raw data, bulk automated extraction (unless via approved API), and systematic replication of our intelligence models.
Third-Party Feeds
Our platform may integrate data from external partners. These feeds are subject to the respective terms of the original providers. Singapore Data Node acts as a processing hub and does not claim ownership over external public-domain records accessed through our interface.

In no event shall Singapore Data Node be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from business decisions made based on our intelligence node. Users are encouraged to cross-reference multiple sources before committing to high-stakes capital ventures.
System Availability
Maintenance cycles for the data node infrastructure generally occur during off-peak hours (GMT+8). We reserve the right to suspend access for critical security patches or structural upgrades without prior individual notification.
04. Jurisdiction & Governance
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the usage of our data services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
